The Agent or Tour Operator here in after known as the “Purchaser” retails said products in their own name with their own contract and agreement with the end client/agent.

The following are our General Terms & Conditions.

Should you like a travel proposal received by PME and you wish to book it, you have to send us an email to let us start our internal procedures to handle that travel proposal.

Requests to book via the telephone are not accepted.

In any case remember that all the services described in the proposals received by us have always to be confirmed by us at the time of booking because conditions (e.g. availability, price…) might have changed in the meanwhile.

In case of any change we will send you an updated Travel proposal by email and it will revise and replace the previous one; you will able to autonomously decide whether to proceed with payment and confirm the booking or vice versa refuse.

If you like a travel proposal received by PME and you decide to book, then you also agree with all the clauses stated in that proposal.

Full pre-payment for any bookings is always required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usually full balance of payment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Any booking or additional service booked with less than 14 days must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

The clause “Payments terms” of your Travel proposal will show the exact timing for payments to be done; such terms, as well as the Cancellation policy, depend on the underneath contracts/agreements that PME puts in place with suppliers to execute your specific booking.

Payment method: PME accepts only payments made via bank transfer; we have bank accounts to accept British Sterling Pound (GBP) and Euro (EUR), no other currency shall be accepted.

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure adequate time for funds to clear into our accounts and take appropriate actions in the event an intervention should be required.

Transfer charges are the responsibility of the sender.

PME Ltd will reconfirm to you all booked services in writing with a pro-forma invoice where also our bank details for the payment are shown.

In the event of non-payment or funds not clearing our bank account by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel part or all of a booking without risk of liability.

Should you need to cancel a booking or also made any amendment to it, you have to communicate that to us via email, in fact bookings cannot be considered cancelled/amended unless you have written confirmation from us to that extent.

Requests to cancel/amend via the telephone will not be accepted.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific conditions (“Cancellation policy”) clearly stated for each booking in the Travel proposal prepared by PME. In the event of a dispute, and you are unable to produce our written confirmation of cancellation/amendment, full charges will apply.

All the rates provided by PME, unless specified otherwise, are strictly for B2B distribution if sold unpackaged. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that policy is maintained when re-selling to other parties.

In case of hotels rates the distribution via B2C channels is permitted only when packaged and no “hotel only” component pricing is visible.

Any Purchaser found to be in breach of those conditions will have their contract removed.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to bring to the attention of PME Ltd any complaints or problems with the services provided by PME Ltd at the point they are received.

Your final clients are not entitled to address any complaints directly to PME, they have to pass through you. And you must report them to us via email.

NOTE: to mitigate the consequences to you of adverse events occurred to your clients, we also kindly caution you to verify that each of your end customers have a travel insurance in effect during their entire stay in Europe with us.

PME Ltd will seek to rectify any complaints immediately to the mutual satisfaction of the Purchaser and their clients. Complaints received after the event will be investigated thoroughly although no liability will be accepted nor any compensation guaranteed.

It remains the right of PME Ltd to claim compensation from the Purchaser in the event of any loss incurred for services already provided, or those due to be provided, affected by said cancellation.

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to the services booked as reported in your Travel proposal however occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel or amend your travel arrangements.

  2. having a refund of all monies already paid for the changed or cancelled services.

PME Ltd reserves the right to dismiss any claims or be liable for any charges resulting in the refusal by the Purchaser of any deemed appropriate replacement service.
